About the Role:
As a (Senior) Customer Experience Quality Engineer, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers by meticulously assessing, refining, and enhancing their experience with our products. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), technical teams, and various stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies aligned with customer needs and usage scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CSMs to gain insights into customer system usage patterns, pain points, and requirements; clarify product related questions coming from customers and CSMs
  • Work with QE Lead to ensure that test strategy aligns with customer product usage, ensuring that all critical aspects of the customer experience are covered.
  • Utilize customer feedback and usage data to understand how our products are utilized in real-world scenarios.
  • Ensure that customer product usage information is incorporated into test suites and that it accurately represents customer use cases, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Execute testing activities to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our products from a customer’s perspective.
  • Work closely with the quality engineering lead and technical/engineering department to ensure that automated testing efforts complement customer experience testing.
  • Work with Quality Engineering Lead, Release Manager and Engineering on release and deployment testing and coordination
  • Measure the results of quality engineering initiatives and improvements in terms of customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor in software engineering or business, or related field.
  • Be able to communicate, read and write proficiently in English
  • Have a proven experience in quality engineering or software testing, with a focus on customer experience
  • Experience with tools such as Cypress and/or Playwright
  • Have an ability to read and understand Javascript/Typescript code
  • Experience with static, unit, integration/api, and UI level testing.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience writing automation tests in JavaScript/Typescript
  • Experience with Performance, load, and stress testing
  • Knowledge of patent analytics and intellectual property management.
  • Experience in customer experience or usability testing.
