Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Customer Marketing experience.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management is a plus.
  • Solid storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience building customer advocacy programs and developing customer engagement and lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience creating and executing B2B customer marketing campaigns, and managing programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy (including email marketing, webinars, case study programs, social proof, review management, etc.).
  • Proactive self-starter by nature, but eager to collaborate and work with others in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt, act with urgency and purpose and remain agile during campaign planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills – the ability to clearly convey value and engage multiple stakeholders, both internally and across customer groups.
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence – you know how to actively listen, communicate with people, convey ideas clearly, and establish strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinker who can look beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, build a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience.
  • Solid analytical skills to evaluate customer data and determine campaign performance.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and other digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to sales, customer success, and account management teams.
  • Solid project and program management skills – able to work independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic, changing environment, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a customer advocacy ecosystem – establish the processes, systems, and repository to track customer advocate participation, references, quotes, logos, stories, and their usage.
  • Create and manage a customer advocacy program that continually secures new and compelling customer impact stories, clearly demonstrating customer outcomes in the marketplace (e.g., testimonials, videos, PR, events, and more).
  • Tell customer stories and successes in a compelling way that drives internal employee advocacy and selling, promotes our customers, builds stronger customer relationships, and inspires further advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, customer success, consulting, product marketing, and event marketing teams to grow the community of advocates.
  • Lead and manage customer engagement strategies – develop customer lifecycle programs that build solid relationships with customers by reinforcing platform value, driving adoption, and providing thought leadership throughout the customer journey.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that directly impact renewals, upsell opportunities, and expansion growth.
  • Educate customers about our products and services throughout the customer lifecycle to drive usage, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to align initiatives requiring customer support (e.g., beta programs, customer advisory boards, referrals, and references).
  • Create specialized marketing content for account management and customer success to support at-risk customers with training and adoption.
  • Measure and showcase the success of customer campaigns, highlighting their impact on revenue growth.
  • Encourage advocacy both internally and across the customer base
