The Role
The Senior Customer Relationship Manager plays a key role in the delivery of NGS Super’s customer value proposition to employers, members and key stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, this newly created permanent role is critical in driving the Fund’s strategic objectives of customer retention, consolidation and growth. This position will be spending the majority of their time in direct customer (Employer, member and C-Suite) interactions working closely with our Key Employer Accounts to ensure that they are provided with a premium service.
