Description:

Our Client is a MNC in the Sports Wearable Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Marketing Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing detailed information about airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely processing of airfreight shipments.
  • Assisting customers with booking airfreight shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments during transit.
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
  • Liaise with customers informed about any delays, changes, or issues affecting their airfreight shipments.
  • Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

  • Min Diploma in Business Admin
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar environment
