Responsibilities:
BMT is committed to providing flexible working environment for its employees. The role will be based in a BMT office along the M4 corridor but will provide the opportunity for some working from home. There is also the expectation there will be a need on occasion for attendance at client offices.

In this role, you will need to apply your skills in Applied Security Capability, along with practitioner-level knowledge in Protective Security and Threat Understanding. The role requires hands-on experience and knowledge of MoD, NCSC, and international cyber standards. You must be confident in communicating with stakeholders, from junior to senior levels, to provide our clients with assurance based on both public and private sector security advice and guidance.
Another key requirement is the ability to specify and manage the delivery of security assessments, audits, and functional testing. BMT customers are very cloud-centric, so you will need to communicate the security benefits and risks associated with the implementation of Cloud security solutions, Zero Trust Policies, Principles, and also be conversant in how to secure Operational Technology solutions.
The role will enable you to work with cybersecurity experts in both the public and private sectors. BMT supports a wide range of customers managing their cybersecurity risk, from green energy providers to defence suppliers. You will be expected to engage directly with both the customers and their supply chains to assure the secure delivery of services vital to both the public and private sectors.
