We have a vacancy for the position of Senior Payroll Specialist located in the Czech Republic, skilled in Czech payroll ready to take care of our global Czech clients and ensure the highest quality of service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Czech payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Czech payroll laws and regulations
  • Fluent Czech and good spoken and written English skills are required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Handling service requests via C4C system and email inquiries
  • Managing employee data (i.e. tax information, pension records) and entering payroll data (i.e. deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
  • Registering new hires, terminations, and employment changes in the employment register.
  • Maintaining organizational structure and handling absence/attendance registration.
  • Preparing and submit statutory reports to local authorities, including tax filings and social security contributions.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Resolving queries and troubleshooting payroll issues.
  • Maintaining physical and/or electronic archives.
  • Staying updated with current legislation changes.
  • Assuming the role of a mentor to team members.
