Headquartered in Wichita, KS AgVantis is a unique and distinct technology solutions and business services organization, providing its solutions and services to both Farm Credit Banks and Member-Owned Associations. We help navigate the complex Farm Credit regulatory environment with solutions and services that are designed by and for Farm Credit Entities to meet their unique business needs. Since our inception in August of 2001, AgVantis has and continues to develop and provide customized financial software and business services to Farm Credit Associations around the United States.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior data analysts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles as it pertains to reporting
  • Experience working with data teams, product management, and operations.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, best practices and procedures within the data visualization field
  • Experience in testing data visualizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Regular attendance is required on this job, with the ability to work a full 8 hour day.
