• Data Collection & Management:
• Collect, process, and validate data from various sources.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Create and deliver detailed reports and visualizations (e.g., dashboards, scorecards etc.) that communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into non-technical terms for stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business processes and decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations to various departments.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop automated systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor and audit data processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance
