Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Provide subject matter expertise, data analysis and monitoring of data incidents, data related issues and processes. This role will execute to improve data quality and operational excellence and provide subject matter knowledge on regulatory requirements. This role offers experience in a critical, high impact, and evolving area of the Enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors data related incidents, issues and key performance indicators and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed.
- Performs data analysis and trending to assist in developing a point of view on the data quality risk and recommendations.
- Partnering across broader Enterprise Data, Technology and FLU/CF teams to oversee legal entity and regional data health.
- Thinking critically to evolve and enhance the data governance framework.
- Oversee data quality related remediation.
- Supports data regulatory interaction.
