Description:

Nationwide’s website and app play a critical role in our business objectives. As a key member of the team, you will become the go-to expert for help accessing data to enable the measurement, optimisation, and personalisation of our customer journeys across digital and other channels.
The role is a perfect step into the world of digital capabilities where you will be given exposure to, and training in Digital Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, and other digital technologies.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking an organised and proactive professional with experience in:

  • Technical Skills: Some experience of either coding or data analysis.
  • Effective Communication: Translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences both one to one and to group audiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: building relationships effectively across different organisational levels.
  • Workload Management: Organised person with a proactive mindset and ability to deal with conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Empowering Self-Service: Enabling data and insight self-service throughout the organisation.
  • Feature development: supporting the launch of new digital functionality.
  • Training: Providing training on our capabilities to groups and individuals.
  • Relationship Building: building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Maintaining Capabilities: Testing, auditing, and maintaining our capabilities.
