Description:

About the Role: Our client is seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join their team and make an impact in Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) for service contracts and service planning. In this role, you’ll be managing various data solutions and collaborating closely with business and technical teams to bring data insights to life. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in both data and business analysis, particularly if you have experience with service contracts or planning.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Business Analysis: Skilled at understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating these into clear project specifications.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in working with large datasets, analyzing trends, and deriving insights that support business goals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI; experience with Azure Data Bricks is an advantage.
  • Business Intelligence: Experienced in creating data visualizations, generating reports, and implementing analytics solutions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different cultures and locations, including virtual collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Flexible with a willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing project needs.
    Who We’re Looking For: An analytical problem-solver with excellent business analysis skills, ideally experienced in the service contracts and planning domains. You’ll be based in Sweden, working closely with local teams for seamless collaboration.
    Assignment period: 16 Dec 2024- 14 Dec 2026
    Location: Gothenburg

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Analytics & BI solutions for tracking and analyzing service contracts and planning services.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Manage data insights, reporting, and service plans that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate across teams to align data solutions with business needs, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide advanced analytics, data visualization, and support predictive analytics initiatives.
