Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s requirements and identify KPIs for the development of dashboards related to operational risk management.
• Collect, clean, and transform data sets using ETL tools to create effective data models.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ensure the accuracy and availability of data related to operational risk management, as well as agility in updating the dashboards according to the stakeholders’ needs and demand.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, making recommendations for action when appropriate to improve Dashboard production.
• Develop new data models and contribute to disseminate a culture of data driven solutions within CIB and continuously improve the accuracy and usability of data by monitoring data quality.

Essential skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, developing Dashboards;
• Experience in DataIKU, PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos, SQL and ETL tools;
• Basic knowledge of Python;
• Notions of French;
• Fluent English.
