Description:
Do you want your role to lead on developing new ways of leveraging data to answer complex questions?
Do you bring sound knowledge of metadata management using SQL, VBA/VB Script, Python, R or similar database and software programming languages?
You will lead the ongoing development of business information & supporting data, providing instruction & direction to other members of the Data Analysis team.
Additionally, your views & insight will provide input to & support the evolution of the data engineering, reporting & analytical roadmap.
This role sits in our Performance and Analytics team, it will compile and analyse data from a range of sources to develop and provide operational models, forecasts, and insights, producing meaningful management information.
Advacned Power BI along with SQL is key here.
Note: this is a hybrid role, circa 2 days per week at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon
We build, operate, and maintain a Fibre to the Home / Property (FTTH / FTTP) network and supply a service to 100k+ (and growing) customers. Familiarity with systems, data and tools that support this type of business and industry or is relatable would be highly desirable.
