Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to empower commercial teams with insights and recommendations to grow our marketplace and get the most of our team.

  • Collaborate closely with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analyses, synthesise insights and develop recommendations to drive business results.
  • Define, develop and monitor the key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes, and identify drivers for changes in these metrics
  • Ensure business questions are addressed in the most effective format (ad-hoc deep-dive, recurring analysis, dashboards, self-serving tools)
  • Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via dashboards and self-serving tools, in close collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
  • Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologies
