YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Analytics professional with track record of delivering high quality data solutions to support a range of business objectives (5+ years working experience)
  • Ability to design and develop impactful presentations and dashboards to clearly communicate findings and actionable insights, ensuring clarity and engagement for stakeholders
  • Technical skills including SQL, BI experience (e.g. Power BI), and experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting and influencing skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong business acumen and ability to design data solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong data analytics skills in Customer Insights and/or Marketing Analytics, including an understanding of key Voice of Member and contact centre metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT and AHT) and/or campaign metrics (e.g. Open rates, Spend uplift)
  • Familiar with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Ability to synthesize and disaggregate complex problems with clear considerations for both short and long term outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and upskilling.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities:

There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;

  • Derive actionable insights and recommendations from complex data to inform our member-first program strategy and partner initiatives
  • Use data visualisation techniques and storytelling to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Source, validate, combine and analyse data from a range of structured and unstructured sources to uncover deep insights and provide strategic recommendations to improve program, member engagement and experience performance.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to enable timely, data-driven decision making.
  • Manage delivery timelines and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expectations and progress.
  • Contribute to the Data & Insights chapter by sharing knowledge, coaching junior data practitioners, and collaborating to develop, adopt and extend standards and practices to continue to uplift our data & analytics capability.
  • Use of a variety of sources to keep abreast of industry practices.
