Responsibilities:
THE “DATA ANALYST” ROLE:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a growing team where you will maintain and further enhance our data analytics capabilities using tools like Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI. You will also need good business understanding and communication skills for the day-to-day work with internal business functions, central expert teams, and vendors.
One of the key projects will be to support the migration towards a global Enterprise Data Platform (Data Ocean) and leveraging tools such as Snowflake, Git, and Power BI.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Data and Conduct Deep Data Analysis: Source, prepare, and integrate data for analysis from diverse business and operational processes. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
- Design, Develop, Deploy, and Maintain BI Reporting Suites: Including dataflows, semantic models, front-end reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
- Develop and Deliver Management Information: Produce one-off reports to provide insights and aid decision-making.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various teams, including commercial and consumer streams, to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Prototype and refine visualizations and reports, recommending and suggesting better ways of visualizing data.
- Ensure Data Quality in Reports: Implement mechanisms to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency within BI reports.
