Description:
N-iX is looking for a prospective and ambitious Data Analyst to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Data analytics;
- Advanced SQL;
- Experience with a business intelligence tool, especially with Looker;
- Experience with LookML;
- Previous experience with agile process and scrum framework, inclusive of ability to work in fast-paced and distributed teams;
- Excellent communication in English - both verbal and written.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Professional certifications in data analysis or project management (e.g., CAP, PMP).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Responsibilities:
- Build data models, create compelling visualizations, reports, dashboards;
- Implement and adopt various reports and dashboards using Looker;
- Working with data modeling, developing visualizations, data migrations, and performance optimization;
- Being able to analyze, plan and estimate requirements as well as identify risks involved and provide solutions to them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data requirements for new data pipeline projects.
- Understand business objectives and convert them into clear, actionable data requirements.
- Work alongside data engineers and project managers to estimate the time and resources required to build data pipelines.
- Use historical data and industry standards to provide accurate effort estimations.
- Monitor the quality of data and ensure its alignment with business requirements.
- Perform data validation checks and suggest improvements.
- Liaise with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization in data gathering, validation, and pipeline construction.
- Suggest and implement tools and techniques for efficient data analysis and project estimation.
