We are seeking talented analysts to deliver data-driven insights for both internal and external customers. You will be joining at an exciting time when our initial strategy is being executed and there are numerous ways to make an impact for our business and our clients.
Role Overview:
You will be a data champion for our SP Business Unit which cover law firms, banks, fund administrators and other firms that help facilitate dealmaking across the private markets universe. You will operate analytics for some product pods, as well as own development of client facing dashboards.
You will learn what type of data insights they value, and you will provide easy-to-understand analytics that help turbocharge their business development, competitive intelligence and market analytics efforts. You will form relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements, build analytics solutions for our customers, and influence Business Unit decision making using your data storytelling ability.

We empower the global financial community with critical information and leading analytics solutions to help them make faster and smarter investment decisions, and to make them with confidence. A forward-thinking company, we lead our industry through innovation. We trust in the power of data, and we use it to increase transparency in alternatives. We believe that access to information leads to more investment in the ideas and infrastructure that build strong communities.
Responsibilities:
- Define KPIs for business and product success and identify their drivers.
- Develop and iterate on PowerBI dashboards, Excel Templates and Python scripts, then put them into the hands of our stakeholders (and sometimes clients).
- Drive product strategy and identify opportunities through structured data analysis across data sources (e.g., usage data, Marketing and Sales data).
- Understand problems of internal or external customers to jointly and iteratively design and develop solutions for them.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g., designers, product managers, researchers) towards shared goals.
- Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
- Use advanced DBT concepts to automate data processes.
- Update and maintain documentation related to dashboards and self-service solutions within Confluence.
