Senior Data Analyst
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

We are currently developing our Data and Analytics function at Ramsay Health Care UK and are looking for driven and tenacious individuals to help drive our new data strategy, taking advantage of modern technology and building on our investment in core Enterprise systems and an increasingly cloud based technology estate.
The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analyst team as part of growing & transforming our Data & Analytics capabilities. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and analyse key data sets, build solutions on on-prem and cloud data platforms and develop/test in various reporting technologies.
What you will be doing:
- Requirement gathering and prioritisation with key business stakeholders
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams
- Collect, process, and analyse large amounts of healthcare data using various tools and techniques
- Design, develop and test & support/troubleshoot live dashboard and interfaces
- Clean, transform, and manipulate data to support analysis and reporting
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Keep up-to-date with emerging data & analysis trends and techniques in healthcare
What you will bring:
- Strong SQL skills
- Reporting technologies, Power BI or similar
- Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure/Databricks
- 3-5 years of data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred experience:
- Healthcare experience
- DevOps and agile methodologies
- Business Objects / BOBJ
- Python experience
- Experience of working with financial, clinical, HR, marketing or business operating data and processes; good understanding of how other business functions operate
- Qualifications in data or computing
