Senior Data Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL NEED / REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of data analytics experience;
• (Mandatory) Outstanding analytical and logical skills;
• (Mandatory) Excellent Google sheet/MsExcel skill for modeling, forecasting, and data visualization;
• (Mandatory) Excellent SQL understanding (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Google BigQuery etc.);
• Excellent data visualization skills using Apache Superset or other data visualization tools;
• Experience in data wrangling with Python/R;
• Experience in data modeling project;
• Experience in integrating and implementing data warehouse management best practices;

• Handle data discovery, exploration, and insights generation for business and product improvements;
• Own key metrics inside the company, define targets and propose initiatives to improve current metrics;
• Optimize ETL pipelines for scalability. Build and maintain efficient ETL processes to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to support analytics and reporting needs;
• Implement data warehouse management best practices inside our current data warehouse;
• Develop and implement reporting best practices. Lead the standardization and centralization of reporting frameworks, ensuring consistent, insightful, and user-friendly visualizations across teams;
• Develop and maintain reliable data models to support key business metrics;
• Create and implement processes to ensure data quality and accuracy;
• Experience in coaching, guiding and leading projects alongside junior team members;
