The Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) channel team is a fast-paced and growing residential sales team that is at the forefront of innovation for TELUS.
Our D2C Data & Reporting team is responsible for arming our sales teams with the tools, processes, and data to enable a better customer experience and deliver on sales & marketing targets for TELUS.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team and play an important role in building critical data engineering and generating data-driven business insights for our ever-expanding D2C Channel team! As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the team across our data strategy, analysis, data integration, and data management.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with leadership teams to understand the biggest challenges to solve and are passionate about turning data into actionable insights that will accelerate channel outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support the continuous increase in data volume and complexity
- Design and build data models, views, BI semantic layers, and BI assets for governed reporting and self-service data discovery and analytics
- Engineer end-to-end data solutions on both on-prem and cloud infrastructure
- Engage in workshops with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements for new reporting and analytics use cases, and develop dashboards and reports that fully meet their needs
- You’ll be continuously consulting and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop timely and accurate reporting to provide actionable insights
- Leading the implementation of operational and partnership dashboards and self-serve reporting using Looker, Tableau and Domo etc. to help the leadership make informed data-driven decisions
