In this role, you will turn multiple sources of data into information to help drive profitable and sustainable products and streamline operational business processes.
The Data Analyst pulls together and analyses data for the business. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and requirements or available data elements.

THE PROFILE:

• You need to be good at “dissecting” data, and looking for patterns and meaningful information
• You must communicate clearly and be able to articulate what you find to business users and users with no technical background.
• You must be able to envision future challenges and take preventive measures to build robust solutions
• You must understand business problems and build meaningful data insights to help businesses make informed decisions in addressing the identified problems
• You should be able to evaluate and determine the best data modeling considering performance, maintenance, and scalability
• You need to be able to plan your work, follow deadlines, and prioritize tasks. All this is in the name of efficient data processing
• The world of data analysis is constantly changing, so you will need to be willing to learn new technologies and methods quickly

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced professionals in data analysis
• Someone who communicates in English without any problems (level B2) and can collaborate with users to analyze business needs and translate them into functional reporting design requirements
• Teammate who can work independently at the same time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent skills with MS Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Proven analytical and statistical problem-solving skills, including data handling and relational database programming
• Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required. The candidate will have the ability to construct easy-to-understand analysis and presentations as well as communicate concisely with different levels of stakeholders
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
