We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team with a focus on Call Center Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making throughout the organization. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, your insights will drive enhancements in our call center operations, marketing strategies, product development, client service performance. Additionally, your analytical skills will play a critical role in shaping the trajectory of our modeling projects, ensuring our algorithms are firmly rooted in strong, data-centric methodologies. You’ll do more than merely generate reports in this role; you’ll be intricately engaged in the interpretation of data and strategizing closely with C-Level executives to make critical decisions across various facets of the business.
