Responsibilities:

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively assist in the resolution of service incidents, conflicts or discrepancies in data by identifying root causes, ensuring timely and effective communication with affected stakeholders.
  • Support the Data and Analytics team colleagues’ technical capability development, ensuring a shared understanding of tools and technologies and how these may be leveraged to support the team and business goals.
  • Assign tasks to junior team members, while monitoring output and reviewing work to enable high quality delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members where applicable.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring team engagement and alignment of work to the Data & Analytics Strategy and business priorities.
  • Exhibit flexibility to work beyond standard operating hours in response to emergency situations or scheduled system maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations and the prompt resolution of critical issues.
  • Support the line manager and ad hoc tasks as required.
