REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with industry tools like Petrel®, OpenWorks®, ArcGIS®, Techlog®.
• Understanding of oil and gas related data, including seismic, well and production data.
• Proficiency in document management, procedures and documentations.
• Basic knowledge of geology, geophysics, and petrophysics.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools.
• Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation.
• Can write and speak English language fluently

As our Senior Data and Digitalization Consultant you’ll join the talented Services team. The Data and Digitalization Consultant role will be dedicated to supporting our clients in the Oil and Gas sector.
You’ll work closely with our client’s IT Management Team to support the definition and implementation of IT change initiatives and support the day-to-day management of their business and technical applications portfolio.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of various industry-related data.
• Implement procedures to protect data integrity and availability.
• Handle our customers’ subsurface data to meet compliances and regulations.
• Combine different data sources for comprehensive analysis and modeling.
• Analyze data to support decision-making and present data insights through reports and visualizations.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to align data-related activities.
• Guide customers and colleagues on data management practices and tools.
