About The Role:
The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and comprehensive reports that drive key business decisions. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders across various departments. The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will support key strategic projects including development of data driven products and implementation of best-in-class data solutions.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data trends and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive relevant data driven activities to implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple databases and systems; develop data cleansing and validation processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making

About you:

In addition, you will have:

  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with a focus on data manipulation and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis and manipulation
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, AWS Products (Glue, Athena) or similar
