YOUR ROLE:

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer, to join our Brennan Digital Team! You will be involved in delivering projects based on Microsoft Azure Data Services which includes developing components, peer-reviewing code and contributing to the Intellectual Property Library.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirements
• Ensure that projects are delivered as per the implementation methodology
• Plan the design and delivery of solutions that meet business requirements into new and existing data solutions.
• Continue to develop technical capabilities and knowledge and provide mentorship to other team members.
• Participate in the presales process accessing the clients’ needs
• To review, create and maintain internal documentation and processes with the primary goal of achieving service delivery efficiencies.

SKILLS YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE:

• Strong experience designing, planning, maintaining, and documenting reliable and scalable data infrastructure and data products in complex environments.
• Designing and Implementing Data Warehouse Solutions using technologies such as Azure Synapse and Snowflake.
• Highly proficient in ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory and Informatica.
• Highly proficient in Power BI design and modelling
• Proficient in SQL and PySpark
• Proficient in data quality concepts, data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment techniques.
