About the Opportunity:
DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join us. This resource is required to be onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments
• Solution Implementation: Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality
• Documentation: Guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end user environments
• Training: In the use of tools to support the end-user environment
• Reports: Use, status and incident of systems and services for the end user
• Present project progress and definitions
• Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments.
• Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments.
• Train support groups

Qualifications:

REQUIRED AND DESIRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Creation of Reports, Dashboards and Data Query.
• Script Creation Testing and QA for global end-user configurations
• Creation of End User Guides and training for GSC and FSO
• Documentation of processes and generation of presentations
• Analysis and resolution of problems in end-user environments (Windows 11 / O365 / System Center Client / Intune)
