You will be in charge of the migration from Microsoft Synapse to Microsoft Fabric. You have a deep knowledge in cloud-based data solution, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem . Your role involves understanding both Microsoft Synapse and Microsoft Fabric architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless transition of data workloads.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy from Microsoft Synapse Analytics to Microsoft Fabric.
• Analyze existing Synapse pipelines, data models, and workloads to identify challenges and dependencies.
• Migrate data models, SQL pools, data lakes, and pipelines from Synapse to Fabric with minimal disruption to the business.
• Ensure that ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows are properly re-engineered or migrated to Fabric.
• Work with data scientists, analysts, and business intelligence teams to ensure smooth transition of data workloads.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and architectures for future reference and troubleshooting.
