Join the Close Brothers Business Intelligence team where you will leads on providing data profiling and data quality reporting / dashboards, making recommendations on any remediation required.
Working as part of the Business Intelligence team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in in implementing data controls, data validation, data profiling and data cleansing with excellent prioritisation skills.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

• Have a strong background / experience in rectifications and customer harm treatment in remediation situations is highly desired. This position involves working with a virtual team, collaborating with cross-functional departments and third parties, managing business priorities, responding to regulatory outputs and ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of remediation strategies in which data is an integral theme and enabler.
• Can identify dependencies and risks across multiple projects / delivery streams
• Have previous experience working in a business intelligence / analytics environment

• Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity
• Devises and implements master data management processes
• Derives data management structures and metadata to support consistency of information retrieval, combination, analysis, pattern recognition and interpretation, throughout the organisation
• Ensures implementation of information and records management policies and standard practice
• Investigates enterprise data requirements where there is some complexity and ambiguity
• Plans own data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques and the correct level of detail for meeting assigned objectives
• Identifies the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables
