Responsibilities:

THE ROLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Enhance and implement framework for key data management: capture Key Data Elements (KDEs), document data flows and assess data quality controls for key business outputs
  • Lead the implementation of key data and metadata management tooling for MBE
  • Coordinate key data management and data-mapping initiatives, including the documentation of data flows, identification of KDEs and registration of authoritative source systems
  • Ensure data policies are adhered to within change programmes across the region

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience working with and implementing Collibra and/or other data governance and metadata management tooling
  • Experience within a bank’s data management / governance functions
  • Understanding of data governance regulations and best practice
  • Experience of supporting governance committees and working groups
  • Experience with data governance tools like Informatica Axon and IDQ
