About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join the Customer Insights team to perform in-depth analysis of Tolling & Customer data, attaining insights and evaluate performance designed to increase revenue, minimise cost and leakage and deliver values to asset stakeholders.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Grow and develop deep knowledge of business and technology systems in relation to Tolling Operations, Customer Care & Billing, Toll Enforcement & Collection performance and their contribution to overall Revenue Leakage performance.
  • Demonstrate effective communication to a broad spectrum of stakeholders at an appropriate level of detail - including detailed technical discussions, as well as an ability to translate complex concepts into a meaningful business context.
  • Provide consultancy on how to implement changes to existing systems and processes, providing an understanding of business impacts, benefits, operational, market, asset and regulatory implications.
  • Drive business improvements and enhance the team existing processes and BAU reports as part of the wider team transitioning initiatives
  • Take data analytics and insights to next level by questioning the data and understanding the reasons behind the data trends to tell a clear story to leaders
  • Contribute to delivery of new projects and initiatives to support the wider CX&O priorities, such as: on-boarding new assets, enhancing collection and improving revenue realisation, analysing of customer engagement, providing reporting and insights to new rewards program
  • Develop, maintain, and continually enhance strategic dashboards, that are dynamic, easy to use and fit for executives and senior leaders to facilitate data driven decision making
  • Use Tableau to build impactful visualisations that deliver succinct and relevant insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

  • Learning mindset to become an expert in customer processes and master new data tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, self-sufficient, highly motivated, driven to deliver on-time high quality analytics and strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
  • Extensive experience in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
  • Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL

Preferred

  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar business visualisation tool
  • Experience with data warehouses: Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc…
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as Dataiku, Alteryx, Lavastorm or similar
