Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to drive oversight, governance, and management of Corporate Functions data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, report and business partners to adhere to standards, policies and procedures for data flow, data framework, documentation, quality and remediation. This role reports to a Corporate Functions Data Domain Execution Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Organize and lead moderately complex programs and initiatives to ensure that data management policy and procedures are implemented and effectively maintained
- Analyze, assess, and document metadata and data quality controls to ensure risk compliance standards are met and adhere to data governance standards and procedures
- Consult with Corporate Functions clients to assess the current state of their data source or report and its alignment to data management policy
- Lead or participate in engagements to execute data quality, governance, metadata and reporting activities
- Participate in cross-functional groups to execute companywide data governance strategies
- Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders
- Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members
- Serve as relationship manager for a line of business
- Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution
Locations: Three Wells Fargo, Charlotte, NC; Spectrum Center, Addison, TX
