• Collaborate with and support the project lead in ensuring that Data Management requirements are accurately documented in the Data Management Assessment within JIRA and completed before the project goes live.
• Keep the Data Management Assessment aligned with current practices, policies, standards & data needs of the business and proactively seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Escalate to our Data Risk team any Risks or Issues that are identified & communicate agreed remedial actions required to the project lead.
• Oversee the preparation of the agenda & minutes for the weekly meeting to facilitate approval from Data Management & document this approval in confluence.
• Support Data Protection team activities by managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) efforts, including the scanning and remediation of personal data at rest to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and mitigate risks associated with sensitive information.
