Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Intelligence team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing FLIX’s marketing strategies through advanced data analysis and innovative model development. You will collaborate closely with teams across Marketing & Sales Business & Tech Teams, Revenue Management, Network Planning, BI Reporting and IT to ensure that our data-driven insights directly contribute to smarter budget allocation and overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Management: As part of a central team, you collaborate with marketing management to create and develop Advanced Analytical Models to enhance our marketing strategies and optimize budget allocation.
- Conduct Causal Impact Analysis: Utilize advanced econometric techniques to perform causal impact analysis, determining the direct effects of marketing activities on business outcomes and providing actionable insights.
- Design and Execute Incrementality Experiments: Develop and implement experiments to measure the incremental impact of various marketing initiatives, ensuring the accurate assessment of campaign effectiveness and true uplift.
- Enhance Marketing Attribution: Contribute to the development of Econometrics models, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our marketing attribution and measurement framework.
- Communicate Complex Insights: Present complex statistical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple departments.
