We are seeking a visionary Senior Data Scientist to lead transformative initiatives that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to enhance software development efficiency, augment data science workflows, and spearhead the development of GenAI agents for Smart Manufacturing. Responsibilities:

  • Generative AI Strategy and Implementation

  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate Generative AI tools and techniques into software development processes, improving efficiency and reducing development time.

  • Identify opportunities to augment data science workflows using GenAI, enhancing model development, data analysis, and feature engineering capabilities.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and domain experts to design and implement GenAI solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and IT to align AI initiatives with business goals.
  • Pilot Development of GenAI Agents for Smart Manufacturing
  • Design and lead pilot projects to develop GenAI agents that enable smarter, more efficient manufacturing processes, including predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to drive scalability and effectiveness in manufacturing applications.
  • Research and Innovation
  • Stay abreast of advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and related fields to bring cutting-edge solutions to the organization.
  • Publish findings and contribute to thought leadership in the AI community to position the company as an industry leader in AI-driven manufacturing.
  • Data Governance and Ethical AI
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, ethical AI principles, and relevant regulations in all AI initiatives.
  • Champion transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI system design and deployment.
