REQUIREMENTS:

We’re seeking a Senior Data Strategist to spearhead 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data strategies, leveraging platform tools and cloud solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of data to drive client success and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 5+ years in data strategy or analytics, with strong media agency or digital marketing background.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data, cloud solutions (AWS, Google Cloud), and platform tools.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to create impactful data strategies that drive growth.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

Lead Data Strategy Development

  • Design and implement integrated 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data strategies that align with client goals.
  • Utilize platform tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and cloud solutions (Stagwell Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud) for scalable data frameworks.

Drive Platform and Cloud Utilization

  • Maximize the use of advanced platform tools and cloud technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and activation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to integrate cutting-edge solutions for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Collaborate and Consult

  • Work closely with strategy and tech teams to ensure data strategies support broader business goals.
  • Advise clients on maximizing their data assets, leading strategy sessions to drive performance.

Identify and Capitalise on Growth Opportunities

  • Leverage data insights to uncover new growth avenues, including market expansion and cross-channel optimization.
  • Develop predictive models to guide strategic decisions.

Innovate and Lead

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Assembly Global’s leadership in data strategy.
  • Lead upskilling of wider team and agency members.
