REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Database Administration experience
- Degree in Technology or equivalent field
- Expertise in SQL Server & Postgres, with extensive hands-on administration
- Strong experience in AWS, including RDS, Aurora, Cloudwatch, CLI, DMS & EC2
- Proficient in Linux/Windows, with shell/PowerShell scripting skills
- Demonstrable abilities in security, disaster recovery, and data maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain various databases, ensuring strategic alignment with latest technology
- Collaborate on solutions to meet business needs, including assessments and execution plans
- Develop and update processes for database provisioning and maintenance
- Monitor database status, manage performance tuning, and handle incident resolution
- Establish best practices in database management and advance key performance goals
- Handle BAU tasks via DBA ticketing tool and provide strategic inputs
