JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Delivery Coordinator for the Video Security and Access Control business is a key role to support the fast-growing video business. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving supply chain results and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. You will also:

• Create deliveries in ERP system for customer sales orders
• Manage order prioritization to balance customer and business requirements
• Coordinate and collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and quality teams
• Provide a single point of contact from the Supply Chain to the business organizations
• Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash, and customer delivery targets
• Ensure customer on-time delivery and minimize delinquent backlog
• Align supply chain operations with the business teams for accurate revenue and shipment forecasting
• Manage and execute continued improvement processes and projects
• Communicate and manage supply chain risks
• Resolve critical customer and business issues
• Manage relationship with the supplier
• Drive Process improvements to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed video business, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or related field

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Under 10%
