Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced candidate who will provide cover for a Senior Delivery Manager on maternity cover for a period of 6 months. This role provides the opportunity to be part of an exciting and focused team that values creativity and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Scrum master ideally within a digital technology team who can join the team to help drive the outputs, enhance stakeholder relationships, contribute to refine processes, and hold suppliers to account.
  • Driving the delivery process of products and services towards outcomes for a team or teams
  • Applying the delivery methodology to deliver a successful outcome
  • Responsible for maintaining delivery momentum and managing blockers, risks and impediments to progress
  • Responsible for ensuring deliverables are defined against clearly articulated outcomes. Leads continuous planning practices and ensures work is visible and there is an iterative plan to work towards that is actively communicated and understood by teams & stakeholders
  • Leading on creating an environment where continuous improvements of teams’ working practices can happen, including measuring success, inspecting and adapting
  • Supports effective supplier and budget management to deliver successful outcomes
