Description:
Position Overview:
As a Senior Delivery Specialist you will be driving the delivery of Avarda’s technical solutions and services to merchants and partners. You will also play a significant part in leading initiative to optimize products, implement new features and cultivate strong relationship with stakeholders as well as provide technical support in pre-sales and live phases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing Avarda’s products, supporting projects, and participating in incident response and issue management.
QUALIFICATIONS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent.
- 5+ years working experience in technical implementation, management within the payments, ecommerce, financial technology industry or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Norwegian and English.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, payment platforms, modules and partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and partnerships successfully.
- Expertise in project management, documentation, and incident response.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for product improvement and optimization.
- Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team-work and hands-on oriented mindset.
