The adoption of our commercial product based on vCluster has grown extremely fast (multi-million dollar revenue, 4.6x ARR growth over the past 12 months), and our customer base now includes some of the biggest companies in the world including 6 Global Fortune 500 companies as well as some of the fastest-growing tech unicorns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of B2B demand, growth, or marketing operations experience
  • 2+ years of managing a paid program, including working with design & agencies
  • Experience marketing to technical audience (infrastructure teams, platform engineering teams, DevOps, SREs)
  • Experience in containers, Kubernetes, various DevOps technologies, and cloud native landscape will be a plus point
  • Creative problem-solving and executing out of the box campaigns
  • Excellent analytics skills - ability to assess not just what happens in one channel but how paid, owned and marketing automation channels work together to effectively drive revenue in a sales-led growth motion.
  • Extensive experience developing and measuring multi-channel integrated campaigns that attract, deeply engage and convert prospects into pipeline growth
  • Excellent grasp of marketing automation operation in concert with paid digital and SDR/BDR outreach. (we use Hubspot, but experience with Adobe Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, etc. is acceptable)
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to take the lead on a project and see it through from start to finish while making sure your partners and stakeholders are part of the solution.
  • Ability to spot and operationalize great copy– you won’t always have to do all the writing, but you’ll need to be able to create campaigns for multiple personas and verticals.
  • Experience to be self-directed and working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Demand Generation campaigns from ideation to execution to reporting including generating inbound and accelerating outbound via paid advertising, marketing automation and nurture, as well as experiments with offline channels.
  • Build and scale our ABM efforts to be a more effective and targeted engine to connect and convert our ICP in partnership with our sales and revenue operations teams.
  • Drive lead nurture and operational efficiency in our lifecycle/nurture engine.
  • Own and operate our Hubspot instance and leverage Salesforce in partnership with revenue operations.
  • Operationalize and scale our paid growth channels through strategic direction on targeting our ICP, launching new campaigns, and mapping channel activity to lead funnel stages to increase sales cycle efficiency.
  • Analyze and provide insights on multi-channel marketing performance including paid channels, SEM, webinars, videos, and email nurture.
  • Extensively use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console for conversion rate optimization, SEO & SEM.
  • Experiment with non-digital channels such as direct mail and gifting (in collaboration with outbound sales)
  • Support our field marketing program with directed digital outreach and post-event one-to-many nurture. Refine pipeline generation and ROI measurement instrumentation with the revenue ops team.
