Job Overview:
The Senior Manager Demand IBP is a key member of the IBP Leadership team and is the key interface for Beverage Concentrates with the KDP Commercial Organization. Responsible for delivering all Demand elements of the IBP cycle for the Beverage Concentrates business, this role involves partnering with all key stakeholders across the KDP enterprise.
The core objective of the role is to align, track, and scenario plan the demand signal across the rolling 3-year planning horizon, as well as manage the critical range rationalization agenda.
The role requires a data-driven, high-impact individual with a proven track record for robust analysis, bringing insights to action, and driving that Action plan to completion. The Global IBP Demand Senior Manager must be a self-starter, and able to effectively communicate & influence with impact with all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IBP or demand management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Masters Degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills required.
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully manage stakeholders & deliver projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data & systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks & solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
  • Industry standard accreditation desirable (eg. CPIM, IBF)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (eg Tableau, Power BI) desired.
  • Regular travel to the U.S. a key requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement with key stakeholders across the KDP enterprise to ensure aligned demand signal for the rolling 36-month horizon visible at all times.
  • Responsible for coordination & delivery with excellence of the critical quarterly ‘Demand Forum’ IBP cycle step.
  • Develop scenarios & models that identify the critical actions & drive the IBP agenda to improve demand metrics for Global Beverage Concentrates operation (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS) within agreed targets.
  • Drive the SKU rationalization & optimization strategy across the key functions incl. Commercial & Finance through developing compelling data-driven insights, aligning the organization & governing the action plan as part of the ‘Portfolio Review’ IBP cycle step.
  • Build & sustain strong relationships across KDP with finance, customer service, commercial and operations teams to gather data and assumptions that unlock stable, future business results.
  • Monitor and analyze changes to the mid to long term demand forecast, and report changes in periodic IBP alignment meetings.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards that are understandable across the business to drive the proper conclusions or decisions relevant to the situation.
