Intuit’s QuickBooks creates tools and services that improve the chances of success for Small Businesses and Self-Employed around the world: from time tracking to invoicing, from payroll to accounting, from crafting new ways to get the money you need to finding the support you need to get your work done and make the right decisions.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Design Operations Specialist to partner closely with the QuickBooks “Core Financial Management Services” team, a group of passionate product designers who are chartered with ideating world-class customer experiences to power prosperity for small businesses across the globe. You can bring all the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needs– to produce amazing experiences for multiple platforms.
The team includes designers and stakeholders that are spread across several locations across the US, Canada and the UK.. The role will require some evening/morning coordination to ensure the team is working closely together.
