SENIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities:
Lead the creative charge in producing effective, compelling and brand-aligned communications.
In this newly created role, you will shape the creative direction and design work that brings the NZ Post story to life, both internally and externally, across diverse channels. As a senior member of the Brand, Insight & Marketing Communication Centre of Excellence (COE), you’ll deliver high-quality design assets that embody our brand essence and elevate the way we communicate. Your focus will be on creating effective work that drives revenue and volume, while managing key stakeholder relationships from initial brief to final delivery.
Reporting to the Brand and Design Lead, you’ll lead creative direction on key projects, ensuring all materials align with our brand strategy, guidelines, and tone of voice. Through your expertise, you’ll enhance our visual identity, delivering consistency and maximum impact across every touchpoint.
As the Senior Designer, you’ll take the lead in producing exceptional graphic design that not only meets deadlines but drives real results. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives, gather insights, and craft projects that deliver on business goals. This role offers incredible variety, giving you the chance to work on everything from infographics for presentations and pitch packs to digital ads, social media content, and more-an ideal opportunity to showcase your creativity and adaptability while excelling in both strategic and tactical design work.
