As a Senior Designer - Vertical Movement Expert, you will be tasked with designing, analyzing, and implementing vertical transportation systems that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of projects, ensuring seamless movement within the built environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing vertical movement systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards for vertical transportation.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software for vertical movement systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Experience with large-scale urban infrastructure projects is a plus.

• Create detailed designs for vertical movement systems including elevators, escalators, and moving walkways for various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to integrate vertical movement systems into overall project design.
• Perform load analysis, traffic studies, and simulations to optimize vertical transport systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Lead the development and documentation of project specifications and calculations.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in vertical transportation systems.
• Mentor and support junior designers and assist in project management tasks.
