Description:
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hands-on development experience in system integration projects using languages such as Java and Scala.
- Quantexa certification and upgrade experience are required.
- Experience in fraud, financial crime, customer insights, or compliance-related projects that utilize detection or predictive models.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with statistical approaches or detection logic in projects.
- Proficiency in data mapping, relational data models, and object orientation.
- Experience with ETL processes, data parsing, and handling data quality issues.
- Knowledge of operational environments and DevOps processes.
- Skills in development environments (code control, IDEs) and solid understanding of processes like unit testing, design, and documentation.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
- Knowledge of Python, Elastic, RESTful APIs, JSON, Tomcat.
- Extensive experience with external tools such as GIT and Jenkins.

Responsibilities:
- Address and understand queries/requirements from the DROC team.
- Act as the first point of contact for support.
- If issues cannot be resolved, classify and triage them to the appropriate team, whether it’s the development team or Nordea platform team.
- Track and report progress to DROC and the Product Owner (PO).
- Execute ETL processes based on DROC validation on Hadoop infrastructure.
- Refresh UIs for DROC validation using Elasticsearch.
- Assist the DROC team in writing Spark/Hive queries for dataset analysis if needed.
- Provide configuration change support to the development and DROC teams based on team specifications.
