Description:

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Hands-on development experience in system integration projects using languages such as Java and Scala.
  • Quantexa certification and upgrade experience are required.
  • Experience in fraud, financial crime, customer insights, or compliance-related projects that utilize detection or predictive models.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical approaches or detection logic in projects.
  • Proficiency in data mapping, relational data models, and object orientation.
  • Experience with ETL processes, data parsing, and handling data quality issues.
  • Knowledge of operational environments and DevOps processes.
  • Skills in development environments (code control, IDEs) and solid understanding of processes like unit testing, design, and documentation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Scala.
  • Knowledge of Python, Elastic, RESTful APIs, JSON, Tomcat.
  • Extensive experience with external tools such as GIT and Jenkins.

Responsibilities:

  • Address and understand queries/requirements from the DROC team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for support.
  • If issues cannot be resolved, classify and triage them to the appropriate team, whether it’s the development team or Nordea platform team.
  • Track and report progress to DROC and the Product Owner (PO).
  • Execute ETL processes based on DROC validation on Hadoop infrastructure.
  • Refresh UIs for DROC validation using Elasticsearch.
  • Assist the DROC team in writing Spark/Hive queries for dataset analysis if needed.
  • Provide configuration change support to the development and DROC teams based on team specifications.
