SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in Design & development of distributed, cloud and mobile software applications.
- Front-end skills - ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Java, Embedded MFD (Multi-Function Device) applications preferred, mobile applications
- Application back-end skills - NodeJs, Web APIs, Java, Micro Services, Multi-threading, Performance Tuning.
- Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Serverless, IoT, Big Data
- Database: Big Data analytics, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, SQL/NoSQL design, tuning, best practices, T-SQL
- Security: Security standards, Network protocolsDevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software products (covering all aspects including security, scalability, and extensibility) by following lean agile processes by conducting peer reviews of all the modules at every stage of the development cycle
- Explore 3rd party APIs / SDKs, vendor products, competitor’s offerings, options for critical design elements & features; and come up with integration design with other products
- Take handover of Java based applications (ex: FujiFilm Multi-Function Device connectors) and provide support of those applications
- Understanding of application packaging software, and work with installers for the applications that are released as an installer
- Provide support for critical customer issues involving Fujifilm applications
- Provide support for Android mobile applications
- Involve in low level programming of the applications (including UI and backend)
- Provide support to DevOps team in setting up the build and release CI/CD pipelinesParticipate in ideation, innovation, and creative thinking initiatives to innovate new ideas which then lead to the roadmap of new cloud SaaS solutions
