Hexcel is currently seeking a Senior Developer (III) for our Duxford, UK location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Design and build software applications and integrations.
• Active participation in change management initiatives.
• Assist in the provision of Tier 3 technical troubleshooting.
• Operate as a technical lead driving continuous improvement.
• Experience with the full development lifecycle i.e., requirements capture, analysis, design, test, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
• Effectively communicate with Product Owners and other key stakeholders.
• Structure and deliver work results against defined standards.
• Perform advanced support and troubleshooting.
• Preparation of documentation and training manuals.
• Work closely with the business, product owners, and colleagues, building strong working relationships with key business users.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work and deliver in an Agile Framework.
• Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Working knowledge of programming methodologies, structures, and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of software patterns and practices.
• Proven ability to trace and fix complex issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to participate actively in change management initiatives.
• Proven experience with C#, .net asp, SQL, JavaScript, Biz Talk, Web services soup/rest, Jason, Azure, Visual studio, Git.
• Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications.
• Proven experience as a technical lead.
