About the job
Calypso is a Vendor Product used as a Strategic Back-Office Platform in ICBCS. ICBCS uses Calypso for Collateral Management (FICE, Commodities, IM), FX Settlements, Security Lifecycle Processing and Settlements, Cash & Custody Management. The purpose of this role will be to assist in the day-to-day Run-the-Bank (RTB) Operations for the Calypso Platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Detailed understanding of L1, L2, L3 Support Model
- You will ensure production break-fix and service improvement requirements take priority over change through effective stakeholder management and expectation setting.
- You will ensure that the ICBCS Service Delivery problem, incident & change management processes are understood and followed.
- You will focus your attention on the identification of incident root cause and service improvement with an inquiring and tenacious approach.
- Coordination with CTB for Calypso L2/L3 Monthly Release Cycles

- Preferred experience working in a function of an investment bank and understands the need for control in a banking environment
- Understanding of Financial Regulatory controls across multiple global jurisdictions.
- Calypso (v15 Onwards) Front to Back (minimum 5 to 8 years of Experience)
- Java (Preferred JDK 1.8 and above)
- Spring Framework
- JavaScript, JSP/Servlets
- XML, SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
- Micro-Services
- Testing Frameworks: JUnit/Mockito/Spock
- Automation Testing Tools: Selenium/Postman/Swagger
